These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ferra.es (the “Site”) operated by FERRA. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
FERRA is operated from Spain and is subject to Spanish and European Union law. Contact: admin@ferra.es.
The Site is currently a “coming soon” notice. The only interactive feature is an email subscription form that allows visitors to register their email address to be notified when the FERRA collection is launched. The collection is not yet available for purchase.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
The Site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Submissions that fail the challenge are rejected automatically.
All content on the Site — including the wordmark, design, copy, and code — is owned by FERRA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, or transform the content without prior written consent.
Submitting the subscription form is free and voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send, or by writing to admin@ferra.es. We will not send you marketing email from third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your email.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FERRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal data stored therein.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FERRA from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third-party right, or (c) any claim that your submission of an email address caused damage to a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city corresponding to FERRA’s registered address in Spain, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring an action before the courts of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers and announced on the Site.

El Sitio es actualmente un aviso de “próximo lanzamiento”. El envío del formulario de suscripción es gratuito y voluntario. Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento respondiendo a cualquier correo que te enviemos o escribiendo a admin@ferra.es. No te enviaremos correos comerciales de terceros. Consulta nuestra Política de Privacidad para más detalles sobre el tratamiento de tu correo.
El Sitio se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo, entre otras, garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin particular y no vulneración. No garantizamos que el Sitio sea ininterrumpido, seguro o esté libre de errores.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, FERRA no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, ni de lucro cesante, ya sea directo o indirecto, ni de pérdida de datos, uso o fondo de comercio, que resulte de (a) el uso o la imposibilidad de usar el Sitio, (b) cualquier acceso no autorizado a nuestros servidores y/o a cualquier dato personal almacenado en ellos.
Te comprometes a defender, indemnizar y mantener indemne a FERRA frente a cualquier reclamación, daño, obligación, pérdida y gasto (incluidos honorarios legales razonables) derivados de (a) tu uso del Sitio incumpliendo estos Términos, (b) la vulneración de cualquier derecho de terceros o (c) cualquier reclamación debida a que el envío de una dirección de correo electrónico haya causado daños a un tercero.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa relacionada con estos Términos se someterá a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de la ciudad correspondiente al domicilio social de FERRA en España, sin perjuicio de tu derecho como consumidor a acudir a los tribunales de tu lugar de residencia.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. La fecha de “Última actualización” refleja la revisión más reciente. El uso continuado del Sitio tras un cambio constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos. Los cambios materiales se notificarán por correo a las personas suscritas activas y se anunciarán en el Sitio.
